Comprehensive total management tailored to your needs choose from minimum to maximum service programs record keeping, consultation, computer generated reports. Reduce your fleet operating costs through comprehensive cost management and regular monitoring of expenses. Includes close, personal supervision of maintenance and repair costs. Extend vehicle life, improve resale values and save money...our programs actually pay for themselves.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES receive and record vehicle maintenance data, repair order review, identification and entry, cross reference orders/purchase receipts against authorized purchase orders for correct vehicle numbers, VIN numbers, mileage, etc.

NEW VEHICLE REPLACEMENT SCHEDULES AND SELECTORS  We supply a vehicle replacement schedule, based on your replacement policy and mail the Selectors directly to the drivers or coordinators.

OPERATING MANUAL & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS  Your drivers receive a packet with each new vehicle which includes cards, accident report forms, use of services instructions, special instructions for their lease or purchase, etc.

EXPENSE REPORT PROCESSING  We can audit and process all vehicle expenses submitted by your drivers, coordinators or repair facilities and advise you if the expense is in line, unusual or needs a more economical solution.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT REPORTS  You receive a consolidated printout of all expenses including variable operating costs, fixed lease costs per vehicle, per mile, per month, averages and totals on your fleet.

SPECIAL MANAGEMENT REPORTS Special custom printouts on specific data can be arranged.

OIL CHANGE PRINTOUT A monthly printout showing which vehicles are overdue for an oil change, which is the single most important preventative maintenance item.

UNLIMITED SELECTION of all types of vehicles from us, new or used, (including multi-passenger vehicles, sport utilities, vans, buses etc.) saves time and energy finding the right vehicle. Because we do not sell or lease a specific brand only, we have no product bias. We can help you select the best product for your needs because our loyalty is to you, not the car maker.

"FIRST HAND" USED CARS  Most of them are our own off-lease vehicles that we know "First Hand."  Since we purchased them new for lease - and serviced them - we know them well, including their service history. And that adds up to complete peace of mind for you, and substantial savings, when you purchase or lease one of our used cars.

COMPREHENSIVE TRADE-IN PLAN Your existing vehicle can be used as a trade-in or we will purchase it from you at a very favorable "market" price or sell it through our Re-Marketing Department.

REMINDER COUPONS  All vehicles serviced at our Milwaukee Service Department will be sent an oil service reminder based on appropriate mileage or time intervals.

LOANER VEHICLES - with a reservation - while yours is in our shop overnight and you need a car during the servicing time.
